Nelson and Laura

I realized I never posted any pics from this lovely couples wedding past summer.  This was definitely a different twist for a wedding for me, but it was a delight.  We captured the beauty of the morning at her family's farm where the wedding took place.  Since they both came from farm family's and obviously agreed on the Massey Ferguson logo as THE tractor (don't get me involved in the politics), I couldn't resist getting those shots.

The glowing bride

and the smiling groom...Daryl knew him well, and Nelson just couldn't wipe that smile off his face.

Round haybales add to the country setting...

Her flowers also complimented the day...bright bursts of color from the sunflowers

Forever Family

I believe I am the worst when it comes to scheduling photo shoots on warm days...once again I picked a blustery day.  Earlier in the morning there were snowflakes, but they will forgive me, 'cause they're family.  If not I'll have to do some bribing. ; )  Yes these are my nieces and nephew.

Poor little Kory's was shivering, but it was worth it...

I did some sweet 16 shots for my wondeful niece carmen...

The whole clan is awesome...I'm so blessed with my family!!!

Baby dear

So huggable and lovable...these tiny little ones!  Each time I photograph infants...it amazes me how intricately they are designed, how innocent they are, how vulnerable they are to their surrounds (especially when this "mean" lady disturbs them with her camera and all kinds of positioning). You are so sweet, Shana!

...one of my favorites... she's SO adorable...

Sweet dreams, little one!!!

Friends...

Okay, this was probably one of the funnier photo shoots I did...not the funniest, because of the bitter cold, but I loved my subjects- Daryl's brothers and girlfriends and all the couples they hang out with.  They all are awesome people and their color theme is a fav of mine...gotta love black and red!

Here once again are Daryl's bros AND their sweet and beautiful girlfriends.  So glad to have them along when his family gets together!

Burnell and Jalissa

Shawn and Amy

A couple of the crazy girls..

And because I can't resist...I'm gonna add a few other cute couples!

Thanks for giving me the oppurtunity-I had so much fun, minus the numb shutter finger. : )

Jenicia & Makylee

I was having a busy day with photo sessions, and feeling a little stressed, and THEN the last one of the day was these two adorable.girls...I was a little worried if my patience was already worn to thin...WELL no worries!!! They were so photogenic!!!  Yay!!!!!  They acted just like little models.

They even allowed their two sisters to participate.  Oh how I would love to have 3 sisters, but I dearly love the one I do have!

Makylee in all her cuteness.  I love little girls!!!

Jenicia...was just as cute...a little less smiley, but that's okay...still sweeter than honey!

I really wonder if they always get along this good. So good in front of the camera!

Madelyn

Okay, I won't post the rest of these family pix, but I couldn't help myself.  I had to post this pic of a darling girl.  She didn't care for all the frills and head bands and cute accessories her mom had along, but when she went to change her and all the clothes were off, suddenly everything was okay!!  ; )

Johnny

I am prejudice to this little guy...he's absolutely the best...he makes me smile, he melts my heart, and sometimes he makes me cry. I am so honored to call him my son.  It's so hard to believe that he is 4 already.  He's growing up so fast...faster than I sometimes like to admit...

Thanks to my cool niece who drives a sweet VW bug!!! I bumbed off her for the wonderful props for Johnny's pictures.

This is my little man's "can't help but love him" smile!!!  xoxo

He told me the other day that when he gets big he wants to be a vet, a mechanic, and a truck driver...so many big dreams.  I have one dream for him and that is for him to grow up to be a strong Christian man!

I love you, Johnny!!!

Weston

This little guy is always full of smiles.  Honestly...I didn't even need to try.

Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a wonderful day for pictures...Ahhhh...a photographer's delight!

And I gotta include one more...I loved his mom's choice of clothes...the hat and even an adorable pair of boots.  What do you think...he'll follow his daddy's footsteps and like horses and the outdoors??
Okay, I think it's time for an official website...this free blog thing...I mean, I flipped this picture and it insists on going on sideways.  Sorry!!! Bear with us! : (

Burnell & Shawn

I was happy to photograph Daryl's two youngest brothers...and they were cooperative.  It was fun doing guy poses for a change.  Thank you for being good sports about it!!

These impressive guys let me keep taking pics until the sun was setting. Not one time did I hear them complain about "oh, not another pic".  That made it so easy...now I don't know what they said behind my back, but...we'll leave it at that.

Now for the other brother...

Cousins- AshLynn and Landon

I had the joy of photographing to energetic toddlers...fun times!!  They  both had the most amazing blue eyes...so irresistable.

I'm afraid her parents are going to have a problem keeping the boys away.  : )

And now for the handsome little man...

A little show off, but why not if you're cute?
